Return and Exchange Policy

Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is made at a branch.

Returns are processed within 5-7 days of receiving the item.

Refunds are issued in the same payment method used for purchase.

Premium & Value Orders

Returns can only be made through a representative, not our branches.

Partial refunds are not available. You will receive store credit for the return value.

Refunds for store credit are issued within 14 days of return arrival.

Newborn Company will cover return shipping costs for defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

Washed/ironed items, damaged items, and shoes without their original boxes.

Items without tags or brand labels.

Underwear, swimwear, specific accessories (list accessories here), and perfume.

Returns made after 14 days of delivery.

Returns During Offers

Returns will be processed for the entire order amount, including a full refund (excluding original shipping cost).

New orders placed after a return will use current promotional offers.
