Shipping and returns policy
How to return or exchange:
- • The parts must be in their original condition, in the same condition in which they were received.
- • The customer shall bear the shipping costs in the event that the return is made through the representative in the absence of a deposit.
- • The Newborn Company bears the shipping costs in the case of a devotional item if it is the only piece in the order and does not bear the shipping costs in the event that there are other intact parts, in the case of a return and bears the shipping costs of sending the piece again.
- To complete the return process, please notify us via the WhatsApp messaging service. The request will be confirmed with the customer before dispatching the courier to the address registered with the order.
- Once the courier collects the item from the customer, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it is in its original condition as sent. The shipping and inspection process typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Upon completion of the inspection and verification of the conditions, the customer will be contacted to process the refund using the same payment method as the purchase. Please note that the refund will be completed within a maximum of 7 business days from the date the returned item is received.
Returns by Premium and Value:
• It is not possible to make a return or exchange through the branches, as it is done only through the representative.• There is no partial refund. In this case, a purchase voucher is made for the value of the refund and re-ordering via the Internet only.
• The customer bears the shipping costs in the event that there is no defect or error in the products.
• Retrieval is done by sending the representative, and after the items reach us, they are examined and made sure that they are in the same original condition, and then the value of the order is returned to the customer.
• The return is made for the amount of the order through Value / Premium Company within 14 days from the date of the return's arrival to us.
• Newborn Company bears the shipping costs in the event of a defect or error in the products. After the piece arrives to us, the purchase voucher is sent to make a new order or resend the same piece if it is available.
According to our return and exchange policy, products cannot be returned or
refunded in the following cases to ensure safety for Newborn customers:
• Products that have been ironed or washed, as well as products that have been damaged and not in their original condition, and shoes without their original packaging.• Products from which the price tag or brand has been removed.
• Underwear, beachwear, capes, scarves, watches, accessories, wallets, perfumes and tassels.
• Returns that are more than 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
