How to Exchange Your Product?
- Enter the phone number or email used to place the order.
- Enter your order number.
- Once your order appears, select the items you want to exchange or return.
- If you want to exchange, choose Exchange.
- If you want a refund, choose Refund.
- For exchanges, place a new order and write in the "Special Instructions for the Seller" section at checkout that this order is an exchange. Otherwise, we will ship it as a new order without collecting the item you want to exchange.
Before exchanging, ensure the product is in perfect condition and eligible for exchange.
Exchange & Return Policy
- You can exchange or return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Underwear and similar items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Products purchased on sale can only be exchanged or returned in cases of manufacturing defects.
- The company will cover shipping fees only if we sent the wrong item. In all other cases, the customer bears the shipping cost for exchanges or returns.

- If the product has a defect or does not meet the agreed specifications, the consumer has the right to return or exchange it within 30 days.
- In this case, the Newborn is obliged to replace the product or accept its return and refund the paid amount.
How to Process a Return or Replacement:
- Items must be in their original condition, the same as received.
- The customer bears the shipping costs for returns made via the courier if there is no defect.
- Newborn bears the shipping costs if there is a defect, provided it is the only item in the order. If there are other intact items, the company does not bear the return shipping costs but will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
- To complete the return or replacement process, please report the issue through WhatsApp service messages. The request will be confirmed with the customer before sending the courier to the address registered in the order. Once the courier receives the item from the customer, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it is in its original condition as delivered. The inspection and shipping process takes 5-7 business days. After completing the inspection and verifying compliance with the conditions, the customer will be contacted to refund the amount via the same payment method used during purchase or to send other items in the case of replacement. Note that the refund process will be executed within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.

According to our return and exchange policy, products cannot be returned or
refunded in the following cases to ensure safety for Newborn customers:
• Products that have been ironed or washed, as well as products that have been damaged and not in their original condition, and shoes without their original packaging.
• Products from which the price tag or brand has been removed.
• Underwear, beachwear, capes, scarves, watches, accessories, wallets, perfumes and tassels.
• Returns that are more than 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
